AMAZING PRINCIPLES OF WATER CONSUMPTION

AMAZING PRINCIPLES OF WATER CONSUMPTION

Follow four rules before you drink water, which would save you from 100 diseases.

Don’t have water immediately after taking food or while having food. When we start chewing food, in Ayurveda it is specified that fire is burst in our digestive tract to digest it. So if we have water immediately after food, which does not go with fire, it set off the fire needed to digest the food reaching the stomach. So the food remains there undigested for days spreading various poisons causing diseases. You can have water before food, just 40 minutes before or 1 hour after food. You can have buttermilk or lime juice or fruit juice or curd before or after food. But focus on having fruit juice after break fast, lime juice or butter milk after lunch and milk or water after one hour of supper.

  1. Drink water sip by sip. It more beneficial than to take water wholly. Even the birds and animals follow this principle.
  2. Don’t have cool drinks or water cooled in refrigerators. This will upset your stomach, as the temperature of the water and the body doesn’t get balanced. It’s very difficult for the body to increase the temperature of the water inside the stomach.
  3. Have two to three glasses of water daily once you get up and before washing your face. It is due to the reason to take in the saliva secreted in our mouth to the stomach. This saliva is an amazing content with miraculous effects on removing the acidity and clears your stomach. This saliva when mixed with water, have the capacity to increase the pressure in large intestine with in 3 to 4 minutes you will be free of all the wastes in body secreted in large intestine.

HOW OLD ARE YOU? – THE HIDDEN MESSAGE

HOW OLD ARE YOU? – THE HIDDEN MESSAGE

The second innings in the Malayalam movie, actress Manju warrior, sweeped the heart of Kerala becoming the news maker of the year 2014 by a single movie How old are you” by Roshan Andrews. Many thought that the film conveyed the message of avoiding polluted vegetables, moreover, a vegetable garden of our own. Apart of this, there exists a strong hidden message in it. The character ‘Nirupama Rajeev’!

Manju 2

Yes, there is a Nirupama Rajeev in every woman. A strong, committed, sincere, bold and self oriented personality. These adjectives match less for the character, Nirupama. An ordinary wife, caring her husband, in-laws and daughter along with the job. There dwells a lot of woman of this category in India, especially in Kerala. Now we will focus on Kerala. Forgetting the colorful days of academia, the women in Kerala get absorbed into family life as a convention. Nirupama also does so.

Manju

How strongly do the women arbitrators wade away the fact of veiling the female in Indian society, it does exist as a commanding fact. Yet, the strength of women remains as a rocking naked truth. If we look into the history of the Indian culture we can see a series of instances displaying the strength of women. From the Vedic period, it is clearly described, how strong is a woman when circumstances around her turn otherwise. She never wishes to go for failures, but stand out from the failures as a phoenix bird.

Manju 1

Though this message was there in the film, How old are you, it went away with the message of preserving the nature and the natural products from disasters. But it has sincerely depicted the picture of a wife and mother, who was left alone at one instance. The daughter and husband left her for the reason she fainted in front of Indian President, on an invitation to a breakfast with him. When she became alone, she realized the potential with her and reinforced her potentiality in a simple manner by battling the hazards inflicted on  the nature as a whole. This is where a woman can act, and remind the society of her power.

An ordinary woman with no backups is struggling against the manipulations in the society is the focus of the film. By overcoming lots of setbacks in her battle to preserve the nature, at last she was invited to Rashtrapathi Bhavan by the President of India to thank her and give her a treat as a respect to her accomplishment of making the society aware of the damages of using pesticides. From there she makes a call to her friend- “This is Nirupama Rajeev, calls from Rashtrapathi Bhavan,” where a boldness is clearly sketched in her sound. There is a Nirupama Rajeev in every woman in Kerala. Let her be independent and come out of the limitations. She can do miracles. Let Kerala see the miraculous events created by the bold female category

Indian Space Research Organisation is now in a successful consecutive launching process. Now it was successful in putting 5 satellites of UK in appropriate orbits within 20 minutes after its launch the Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota at 9.58 pm on the 10th of July. The satellites include three identical DMC3 optical earth observation satellites, an auxiliary earth observation micro satellite (CBNT-1) and one technology demonstrator nano satellite (De-Orbit Sail), built by SSTL.

The PSLV-C 28 lifts off a mass of 320 tons of four satellites with it. The mission was a challenging one. Innovative technologies implemented with it, made it successful in its task.  New designs incorporating an L-adopter, a circular launcher adaptor and Multiple Satellite Adapter-Version 2 (MSA-V2), which is a triangular deck, were realized by ISRO to surmount the tough mission of merging the 3 similar DMC3 satellites each with 3 m of height with the existing payload to the launcher. Journalism

Journalism

Journalism is the most sensation media of today’s world. Every one has the access to free information.  The modern journalism is more of a hard news. Now a days Journalists have a tight war between them to get the exclusive news. the more aggressive you are the more stories you will disclose. Apart from the prime function of just reporting the news, it is its duty to uphold and support the national ideology and

because we were disregarding these unwritten rules that they abide by and because we were going to start becoming more and more adversarial to the government. So many of these journalists look at the world through the prism of the government over which they are supposed to exercise oversight. They identify with the people in power. I’ve seen them do it over and over. They regard people who are actually doing journalism and actually bringing transparency as the real enemy. If these journalists were just being adversarial, because that’s who they are and that’s what they do, I would be happy about it.

is a method of inquiry and literary style that aims to provide a service to the public by the dissemination and analysis of news and other information.[1] Journalistic integrity is based on the principles of truthdisclosure, and editorial independence. Journalistic mediums can vary diversely, from print publishing to electronic broadcasting, and from newspaper to television channels, as well as to the web, and to digital technology. In modern society, the news media is the chief purveyor of information and opinion about public affairs. Journalism, however, is not always confined to the news media or to news itself, as journalistic communication may find its way into broader forms of expression, including literature and cinema.

RAVAN and RAM

ravan-5203513f432b2_exl

A pregnant mother asked her daughter, “What do you want- A brother or a sister? “

Daughter:  Brother.

Mother: Like whom?
Daughter:  Like RAVAN
Mother: What the hell are you saying? Don’t you feel ashamed to say so?
Daughter:  Why not Mom? Ravan left all his Royal ships and Kingdom, all because his sister was disrespected. Even after kidnapping his enemy’s wife, he didn’t ever touch her. Why wouldn’t I want to have a brother like him? What would I do with a brother like Ram who left his pregnant wife after listening to a “Dhobi” though his wife always stood by him like a shadow? After giving “Agni Pareeksha” and suffering 14 years of exile. Mom, you are a wife and sister to someone, yet you keep on asking for a “RAM” as your son???
Mother was in tears…

No one in the world is good or bad. It’s just everyone’s interpretation about someone. Change your perception, based on the deeds towards you. It will make us love someone whom we hate the most.

RISHI RAJ SIGNH – “THE REAL RAJ”

Rishi Raj Singh

An IPS officer hailing from Rajasthan took charge as Transport Commissioner in Kerala, as the Transport Commissioner in June 2013. Kerala at this point of time was really an accident prone area. After taking charge, he made a thorough study of the series of accidents in Kerala and made it mandatory to use seat belts in four- wheelers and helmets in two wheelers. He was aware of the risk of youth, driving with over speed and drunken. This was applicable not only to the youth but to the people with no age bar. He was harshly inflexible in applying the traffic rules. Even penal actions were taken against those breaking the traffic rules. In extreme cases, the license was cancelled. The outcome was amazing! The road accidents were reduced by half. Now, habitually a person driving a car uses his seat belts along with those in front seats accompanying the driver, whoever it may be.  The two- wheelers started using helmets. Even in films, this is the case. All the politicians, public supported him.

But as usual, the politicians reverted, when Rishi Raj Singh discovered the stealing of electricity by a private business group for their own use and the Anti Power Theft Squad serving under the Vigilance wing made a move against them, which ultimately ended by Singh, he was instantly removed from the post. Rishi Raj Singh was the Punjabi, who removed his turban in an incident of rescuing an injured boy. If this is the position of such an honorable man, then imagine the position of a common man. How will he react against the malpractices, it is beyond his imagination!
